Refund policy
We do not accept returns on items that have been opened (if the product has a seal that has been taken off).
If your item is faulty or has a defect, we will replace it.
If your order is incorrect, we will send out what is missing and would ask for the incorrect item to be returned. Please note we only replace an item if this is within 14 days of receiving your order.
Any orders already marked as shipped can’t be cancelled/refunded.
